Three Tree manages and invests strategically for the long term in North American timberland assets. The company currently owns circa 350,000 acres of forests in Oregon and Texas, two regions with long traditions of forestry and well-developed forest industries where the conditions are right for sustainable modern forestry. The forests are managed long-term and sustainably by local partners and forest managers. Mainly Douglas fir and Loblolly pine grow in the company’s forests, tree species primary used for lumber and pulp production. Forestry operations are certified.
